We’re at Unit 3/73 Redcliffe Parade, Redcliffe QLD 4020, serving all of greater Brisbane — open Monday to Thursday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Do I need to book ahead?
Not to buy or sell bullion — walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. Safety deposit box matters run by appointment, so book online or call 1300 888 782 first.
When is ID required?
Photo ID is required for transactions above $5,000 under Australian bullion market laws and regulations — bringing ID along is always the safe move.
How do payments work?
Cash and bank transfer only, in both directions — that’s how you pay us when buying, and how we pay you when you sell.
Do you offer bullion vaulting in Brisbane?
Our Redcliffe office specialises in safety deposit boxes rather than custodial vaulting. If you’d prefer GBA to hold metal on your behalf, vaulting is available through our other offices — or pool allocation gives you storage-free ownership.
How much insurance comes with a safety deposit box?
Every Brisbane box includes $20,000 of complimentary insurance — double the standard GBA cover — and higher insurance plans are available for a fee if you need more.
Who can open my safety deposit box?
Only you. Boxes run on a dual-key system — opening one takes your key and ours together, and we never hold a copy of yours.
What do people keep in their boxes?
Bullion, jewellery, cash, confidential documents, family heirlooms, hard drives and cold storage, cryptocurrency wallets, coin and stamp collections, and medals — anything that can’t be replaced.
What is pool allocation?
A way to own precious metals with zero storage fees — your holding sits in the pool, and you can convert it to physical bullion for a fee whenever you choose.
