Matt is another local Gold Coaster who has traveled and worked overseas and is now enjoying being back home. He has considerable experience in commodity markets in Australia and Asia, his skills are primarily focused on providing our customers with the most important tool they need to make intelligent investment decisions, that is “Information” about spot prices, stock availability, Metal Account Statements and everything to do with the GBA systems and processes.

Matt’s current focus is upgrading all GBA’s information systems which will provide more functionality in buying, selling, trading and storing gold and silver.

You would undoubtedly have communicated in some way with our Senior Sales Executive, Sarah Hogwood,.  She has been with GBA for over 16 years and is not only the main contact for purchases and sales inquiries but she is the backbone of the company.

Before joining GBA Sarah spent over 20 years in various areas of fine jewellery industry including retail, wholesale and design.

In her spare time Sarah loves gardening, cooking and listening to music and spending time with her family including her “fur babies”.

Bernadette has been a part of the GBA team for over a Decade now and is familiar with the company and the precious metals industry. Bernie is responsible for customer service and office administration as well as ensuring the business runs smoothly.

Bernie’s Mum was part of the original GBA team, so she is a real long-term family member.  She has a large family to keep her very busy in her “spare time”.

Rebecca is our Sales Executive in the Gold coast Office, she is your first point of contact when arriving at the GBA office.

Bec has more than 25 years Customer service experience, she is extremely professional and has a warm and friendly nature.

Bec was born in Melbourne, but has lived on the Gold Coast for decades.

Rachel has been with GBA for the past 18 months. Rachel is the office administrator and responsible for the hiring of our safe deposit boxes.

Cassie Blanck

Redcliffe and Buderim – General Manager

Cassie was born on the Sunshine Coast where her family has over a 100-year history. Her career has spanned over 30 years in the construction industry.  Ranging from accounts, project administration to design/construct of million-dollar properties.

With her husband Peter, they have been keen investors in precious metals over the years, which has led them into their current position of owners of Private Vaults Australia and the Brisbane arm of Gold Bullion Australia.  Cassie is the senior sales manager for both companies in Redcliffe.

You will also find her ensuring the business runs smoothly and can assist with any customer service.

In her spare time, she delights in spending time with her children, grandchildren, friends and keeping a healthy balanced lifestyle.

Peter Hobson

Redcliffe and Buderim – General Manager

Peter was born in Melbourne and moved to the Queensland as a young child so is technically a Queenslander.  His background involves the ownership of many businesses and he has practiced as a Chiropractor in Nerang on the Gold Coast for over 25 Years.

With a passion for accumulating Bullion and many years of knowledge it made sense to assist others buying selling and storing their Bullion.

Peter and Cassie work together to assist anyone from the experienced Bullion Investors to the complete novice.  They are here to answer any questions to help you.

Kunal Sindhav

Head of Operations – Melbourne

Kunal is our Office Manager and is also a Sales Executive with a particular focus on assisting customers invest for their Self Managed Super Funds (SMSF).  He has been with Gold Stackers for 3 years and prior to joining the team was with ANZ bank.

Kunal has extensive financial services and banking experience, he enjoys keeping customers updated on the economic, supply/demand and market metrics that drive precious metal prices and adds value by working with customers to help them invest in precious metals with an understanding of investing through an SMSF.

Kim Ngo

Office Manager – Melbourne

Kim Ngo is a Sales Executive in the Melbourne office, she has been part of the Gold Stackers team for two years.  Prior to joining us Kim was with ANZ bank and has a background in banking and finance.Kim has an excellent understanding of precious metals for investing, she keeps up to date with the competitive environment, is extremely professional and has a warm and friendly nature that our customers love.
