Security you hold the keys to
Every box works on a dual-key arrangement: you receive two keys of the same cut, and our admin key must first unlock access before your key can open the box — no box ever opens without both you and us present.
Choose from nine options — six safe deposit boxes, a flat document storage box, and three bullion lockers built for serious weight — each with an internal removable bond box and a maximum holding weight, from 10kg up to 350kg. Access is strictly by appointment during business hours, unlimited and free, with a private viewing table every visit — inside a purpose-built facility under constant 24/7 surveillance.

Maximum holding weights are per box, for the safe handling of your box and bond box. An establishment fee and a refundable key deposit apply — the deposit is returned when both of your keys are handed back at the end of your rental. For current fee details, contact our friendly staff.

How do I book?
Online, in under a minute — choose your date and time right on this page. Every visit is strictly by appointment, so booking ahead is the only way in — which is exactly what keeps the facility secure.
How does the dual-key system work?
You’re issued two keys of the same cut for your box. Neither works alone: at every visit, our admin key must first unlock access before your key can open the box — so no box opens without both you and us present. Keys cannot be replicated, which is why a refundable key deposit applies.
Is my box insured?
Yes — every Redcliffe box includes $20,000 of complimentary insurance cover. Ask the team about the cover details when you book.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes — each size has a maximum holding weight for safe handling — from 10kg for Small through 50kg for Extra Large, and 100kg to 350kg across the bullion lockers. The document storage box holds around 500 sheets of 80gsm paper. Tell the team what you’re planning to store and they’ll match you to the right size.
