Yes — no appointment needed during opening hours. Just note we close at 3:00 pm, so plan an earlier visit than you might for other stores.
Will I need ID?
For any transaction above $5,000, photo ID is required under Australian bullion market laws and regulations — worth carrying whenever you visit.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash and bank transfer only — the same applies when we pay you for bullion you’ve sold.
Do you have safety deposit boxes in Melbourne?
No — Melbourne offers fully insured custodial vaulting instead. If a private box is what you’re after, our Queensland and Sydney offices provide safety deposit boxes.
