Three ways your order travels
The right service is determined by the weight and value of your purchase — from everyday couriers to armoured transport and a personal hand-delivery service.
General courier
The most common method, via trusted third-party couriers. The contents of your purchase are never disclosed and kept discreet for security — any communication with the courier refers to your parcel simply as “engineering parts”.
Security courier
Failsafe, Armaguard and Brinks handle high-value deliveries that can’t be split into smaller parcels. Delivery areas are more restricted, and some carriers deliver to business addresses only — you can also choose a security courier for smaller orders at additional cost.
Personal door-to-door
Delivery outside normal procedures, flexible and specific enough to cater to your exact requirements — hand-delivered to your door, with quotations provided on an individual basis. Ask us for a quote.

Delivery is charged by parcel weight, with optional transit insurance available — calculated as a percentage of your order’s value if selected.

Discreet by design
Every parcel travels unmarked and undescribed — the contents of your purchase are never disclosed, and couriers know your delivery only as “engineering parts”. For higher values, armoured security couriers take over, with the service tier matched automatically to the weight and value of your order.
Optional transit insurance is available on every tier — gold and platinum at 0.5% of order value, silver at 0.8% — protecting your bullion from our vault to your door when selected at the time of ordering.

How will my order be delivered?
We offer three delivery options — general courier, security courier or a personal door-to-door service — with the appropriate service determined by the weight and value of your purchase.
Will anyone know what’s in my parcel?
No. The contents of your purchase are never disclosed and kept discreet for security purposes — for your privacy and safety, any communication with the courier refers to the contents of your parcel as “engineering parts”.
What does delivery cost?
Fees are weight-based: from $25 + GST for parcels up to 4.99kg, through to $80 + GST for 40–49.99kg. Orders over 50kg, or outside standard courier areas, are quoted individually.
Is my order insured while it travels?
Transit insurance is optional and available on request. If selected at the time of ordering, it’s calculated on the value of your order — 0.5% for gold and platinum, 0.8% for silver, plus GST — covering your bullion door to door. Uninsured parcels travel at the client’s risk.
Can I choose a security courier for a smaller order?
Yes — at your discretion, you can select a security delivery for an additional cost even if your purchase is valued below standard parcel limits. Note that security couriers such as Failsafe, Armaguard and Brinks serve more restricted areas, and some deliver to business addresses only.
